Summer of 2012 heats up!
May was a tremendous month for me, and June is turning out to be just as good! Summer of 2012, I welcome you with open arms!
I kicked off this month with two exhibitions, went on an awesome vacation to visit my Sis in Los Angeles (had too much fun–wait, does a such a thing exist?) and I just returned from ICON7 in Providence, Rhode Island (cute city by the way).
Not too bad this month.
While in L.A. I had the opportunity to finally meet a longtime good friend, Mike Jasorka (of Bombshell Comics fame), face to face after years of being limited to email correspondence and I even had the pleasure of doing some storyboarding work with director, Michael Wang, for a Time Warner Cable spot (Thanks Mike and thank you Sis). Great experiences thus far in this month of June and I look forward to the rest of the summer ahead of me. Check back as I’ll be posting photos from my excursions to the “Land of Hanalei” (well not quite Hanalei but Los Angeles and Rhode Island will suffice just fine) 🙂
